Our building was originally constructed in 1910 for the Orleans Manufacturing Company. This historic structure is architecturally significant to the Warehouse District. 700 South Peters Condominiums were developed in the mid-1980s following the 1984 Louisiana World Exposition, a World's Fair that ended on Sunday, November 11, 1984. The building was one of the first successful warehouses to communal living conversions in the now-famous New Orleans Warehouse District. The Warehouse District is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
On-site concierge or security personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The building employs onsite management, maintenance, and cleaning crews.
